Career & Culture

Career & Culture

We’re growing. Selectively.

Culture

Search for respect, not recognition.

Search for trust, not reciprocity.

Then what you deliver will be valued as it should.

That is the operating condition. Everything else follows from it.

What we mean by standards

We do not pitch. We do not produce speculative work. We do not submit to processes designed to extract thinking without compensation. We charge for diagnosis before we prescribe. These are not policies. They are the consequence of taking the work seriously.

What we mean by culture

Culture here is not a set of declared values. It is the set of tacit agreements that make the model work — agreements that either already exist in the people who join, or that do not. It cannot be taught. It can be recognized.

Career

Three profiles

I

Those who know the terrain

More than a decade in enterprise real estate technology. You oversaw implementations, carried configuration logic across architectures, and understood why things were built a certain way. At some point, the constraints of a large firm became untenable — not because you failed, but because the structure no longer matched what you could deliver. Here, your judgment shapes the recommendation. And you are accountable for it.

II

Those who know what they do not know

The discipline of stopping at the boundary of your competence and naming it. Of understanding that not knowing something yet is information, not a weakness. Most firms train people to perform beyond their knowledge. Here, the refusal to do so is the qualification. There is no programme. There is proximity to difficult problems and people who have worked on them before. That is slower. It is also how expertise actually forms.

III

Those who fit no pattern

Non-linear path. Unexpected background. Something the conventional route did not produce. Standing open door — not as courtesy, but because some of the most useful thinking in any field comes from outside its standard training.

Systems

We work across four software directions in Digital Real Estate:

Primary

SAP RE-FX

Lease management, compliance, customizing, migration.

Planon

Workplace & facility management.

Yardi

Commercial & residential portfolio management.

GARAIO REM

Swiss property management ecosystem.

Adjacent experience in Digital Real Estate consulting is equally relevant.

Languages

English at B1 or above. Beyond that:

German · French · Dutch · Luxembourgish · Italian · Spanish

More languages, more access.

Not for everyone

Not for those who need scale to feel credible, a recognizable name to know their value, or safety before commitment. You cannot expect others to respect your expertise if you have not yet decided to respect it yourself.

If this is a recognition, not an aspiration — write.

No cover letter. A short note is enough.
